Almond flour is the base, unsalted butter, chia seed and flax seed for the Pilates biscotti and whey protein powder to increase the protein boost.

NO preservatives are used.  It is best to store your biscotti in the refrigerator or freezer to extend freshness.  We store many other food items, why not a good treat!
